Mary E. Pizzuti

MARY E. CARNEVALE PIZZUTI, of Hamilton, NJ, entered into eternal life on April 28, 2012 surrounded by her loved ones at Care One in Hamilton.

Born in Trenton, New Jersey, on June 3, 1925 Mary was the thirteenth child of John and Mary Colacello Carnevale. She resided in the Chambersburg section of Trenton until moving to Hamilton in 1953.

Mary enjoyed cooking , family gatherings, and trips to Atlantic City.

Mary was predeceased and met in heaven by her parents, John and Mary Colacello Carnevale; her loving husband of sixty years, Joseph J. Pizzuti; her brothers and sisters, Louis Carnevale, Josephine Zaccaro, Jennie Angelucci, Rose DeLorenzo, Emily Vizzini, George Carnevale, Anthony Carnevale, Florence Spair, John Carnevale, Alfred Carnevale, and Edith Perno. She is survived by her three caring daughters and sons-in-law, Sharon and Joseph Fabrizio of Tarpon Springs, Florida, Linda and Jack Thomas of Robbinsville, NJ, and Deborah and Bob Bethke of Hamilton, NJ; her grandchildren and their spouses, Joseph and Dana Fabrizio, Lisa and Tom Eckel, and Erin and Andrea Bethke; three great-granddaughters that were her pride and joy, Gianna Fabrizio, and Aleena and Brielle Eckel; a special sister-in-law, Beatrice Pontani; her brothers-in-law and sister-in-law, Joseph Perno, and Anthony and Ida Pizzuti; and several nieces and nephews. Mary also leaves behind many dear friends among the residents and staff at Care One, Hamilton. Her smile will be missed by all who loved her.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, May 7, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at Saint Raphael's Church, 3500 South Broad Street, Hamilton. Entombment will follow in Our Lady of Lourdes Cemetery Mausoleum, Hamilton.

Calling hours for family and friends will be on Monday Morning, May 7 from 8:30 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. at St. Raphael's Church.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to Saint Raphael's Food Pantry.
